METHYLENE BLUE 1% (100ml/1000ml)

Promedivet Methylene Blue, 1%, 1 liter is a solution containing 1 g methylene blue per 100 ml water.

INDICATIONS

    External use in the thiazine dye group as an adjuvant for the treatment of injured tissues (in wounds, ulcers, burns, stomatitis, pharyngitis).
    Internal use activates oxido-reducing processes, indicated as an adjuvant in the treatment of infections, hypoxemia, methemoglobinemia, poisoning (with nitrates, nitrites, sulfonamides, cyanides).

MODE OF ADMINISTRATION

    Internal use - in drinking water, 100 ml sol. 1 % in 4-5 L water, 2-3 days.
    External use - local badijonări with solutions diluted with distilled water to conc. 0,7 %, 1-2 times/day, until cure.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

    Do not administer to animals of economic interest.

STORAGE

    Store in tightly closed containers at room temperature (15-25 C˚).
    Keep out of the reach of children.
    Do not reuse vial after emptying.

Solution may stain user's hands or clothing.
